I live in Australia but my Son and his family are living in London.After going to the post office and finding out my... parcel to my 5 year old Grandson would not reach London in time for his birthday, I searched on line for some local London toy stores. I came across Cachao Toys and made contact. I received Jennie's reply promptly. She was SO helpful and after choosing a present,Jennie arranged the wrapping and a card to be delivered to my grandson in time for his birthdayl. So impressed. Contacted Jennie, who is extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, to get supplies for a distanced 21st birthday... celebration on our front door step! So prompt and delivered locally at no extra charge. Gorgeous party fare, unusual and very pretty things that you don't find in usual party shops.I would thoroughly recommend for all balloons also, having had several failed attempts with online party stores, all requiring minimum charges, high delivery costs and one who didn't let me know balloons not in stock until day before needed. Jennie sorted that one out in her own time the same evening.read more
