Contacted Jennie, who is extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, to get supplies for a distanced 21st birthday celebration on our front door step! So prompt and delivered locally at no extra charge. Gorgeous party fare, unusual and very pretty things that you don't find in usual party shops. I would thoroughly recommend for all balloons also, having had several failed attempts with online party stores, all requiring minimum charges, high delivery costs and one who didn't let me know balloons not in stock until day before needed. Jennie sorted that one out in her own time the same evening.

We have had fantastic service from Cachao toys. Jennie could not have been quicker or more helpful. The beautiful Elsa -type dress is a massive hit, as are the puzzles. I cannot praise the shop highly enough, it gave remote toy shopping a lovely friendly feeling. Thank you!

A ridiculously likeable, friendly and helpful toy shop. Just a delight. Online during the current - er - difficulties is great but it will be even more lovely when the physical shop is fully open once more.

Really great customer service during this tough time. Brilliant communication and able to meet my needs in accessing birthday supplies for my sons lock down birthday. The website works well and she was quick to communicate any issues and let me know when she was adding more balloons! Highly recommend.
